Argie has focused on Cross Border Investment throughout his professional career. Initially advising the German funds coming into the UK before moving onto global capital coming into Europe. Experience across all asset classes; standing investments as well as funding's, developments and joint ventures.

A selection of transactions Argie has been involved in include selling 120 Leadenhall (“The Cheesegrater”) to CC Land for $1.49bn and acquiring 20 Fenchurch Street (“the Walkie Talkie) for LKK for $1.66bn. Further transactions include selling Ecowest in Paris for ADIA to AGC, selling Apollo’s Logistics Portfolio to GIC, selling Google their offices in Warsaw and London. Argie has also transacted close to $7.5bn of Korean capital across Europe with transactions in London, Paris, Dublin, Germany (selling Trianon Tower in Frankfurt for $740m), Spain, Belgium (advising buyside on the Finance Tower for $1.33bn) and Slovakia.

Argie now runs the International Investment Group (IIG) at BNPPRE which is unique across the real estate world in that it is centrally funded by BNP RE with the sole purpose of covering global investors, both institutional and high net worths in APAC and Middle East that are looking to deploy capital into Europe. The IIG works across the wider BNP Group - CIB, WM, FIC as well as RE divisions of REIM and Property Development.

Argie graduated from the Cass Business School in London with an MSc in Real Estate Investment and is married with three children.
