Jack has led CBRE’s UK I&L Capital Markets team for over five years. He has 15 years of specialist experience in the logistics sector in a career spanning client-side, occupier and advisory roles and today, counts some of the leading players in the logistics industry amongst his valued clients.

Jack works across the UK with the support of CBRE’s market leading leasing and occupational teams, as well as the firm’s Continental Europe and North America businesses. CBRE’s UK Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team has consistently been one of the best performing in the market, with a 27% market share in 2023.

The teams current projects include asset disposals, acquisitions, development funding, equity raising and recapitalisations and since joining CBRE in 2019, Jack and his team have transacted just under £15bn across the sector, from large distribution portfolios to multi-let estates and IOS sites.
