Len Rosso is Head of the Industrial & Logistics team at Colliers. He has more than four decades of experience advising developers and occupiers on the UK logistics market. He has worked with clients including Prologis, SEGRO, Goodman, and Chancerygate as well as funds such as Aviva, Scottish Widows, abrdn, Royal London Asset Management, and L&G and occupiers Screwfix, DHL, Syncreon and Grafton Group.

He leads a 30-strong team of agents based across London, Scotland and key regions in England. Rosso and his team shapes the industrial market in the UK leading some of the most notable leasing deals for the regions. The team also produces landmark research such as the Industrial Rents Map and our Market Pulse, and hosts a range of industry events, including the Colliers annual Industrial webinar, breakfast briefings and dinners every year.
