Sally specialises in EMEA Research & Insight, focusing on logistics & industrial and retail commercial property research. Sally has over 20 years’ experience in research and analysis of logistics & industrial and retail real estate property market dynamics and performance indicators, as well as broader socio-economic and sectoral drivers. Sally has worked with many different types of clients, including investors, developers and occupiers. Prior to joining C&W, Sally was Head of Research at Tritax Management (specialist fund manager to logistics real estate funds Tritax Big Box REIT plc and Tritax Eurobox plc). Whilst at Tritax, Sally was responsible for analysis of logistics property market and economic/sectoral trends as well as assisting with developing fund management investment strategy. Prior to Tritax, Sally was Head of Industrial Research at Gerald Eve from 2005 to 2017, where she was responsible for establishing and growing the industrial research capacity at the firm and for the development of award-winning regular publications including Prime Logistics and Multi-Let. Sally is a member of Industrial Agents Society, Investment Property Forum and Society of Property Researchers and is past Vice Chair of the Industrial Committee of the British Property Federation.
