Robert is Head of Research at DTRE and leads the research function for DTRE across both all industrial and logistics markets, collecting, collating and analysing occupational and investment data on those markets. Robert also authors many of DTRE’s market reports, The DTRE Daily Briefing and a number of ‘Thought Leadership’ pieces.

Robert also works on a wide variety of research consultancy projects for investors, developers, owners and occupiers, as well as working closely with the investment and leasing teams, particularly on significant deals, including last year's £480m sale by Harbert of Trafford Park and Heywood Distribution Park as well as the recent £175m purchase by Ares of the Armitage Portfolio.
