With over 30 years’ international experience in the real estate logistics and industrial sector, Charles Pease has substantial occupational and business experience. Prior to joining GXO, the world’s largest pure play contract logistics provider in 2018, Charles worked at several Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies including SEGRO PLC, General Electric and Walt Disney. He oversees all of GXO’s real estate matters in Europe which comprises 600 warehouses located in 12 countries and a portfolio exceeding 120 million square feet supported by a team of real estate professionals.
