Ben Taylor is a Planning Director at Newlands Developments and is the current Chair of the British Property Federation’s Industrial Committee. He has over 15 years’ experience of working in planning where he has amassed a wealth of experience securing approvals for complex Industrial & Logistics projects across the country. Ben continues to play a proactive role in engaging with Government to seek positive amendments to national planning policy guidance and has recently led on the BPF’s Freight, Logistics & the Planning System Call for Evidence response.
