SEGRO

Paul is the Managing Director – Group Operations for SEGRO. He has responsibility for the strategy, and operational delivery across a wide variety of functions for the group including Procurement, Sustainability, Health and Safety, Customer Management, Property and Asset Management, and Community Partnerships. He was responsible for the refresh and roll out of the ‘Responsible SEGRO’ strategy in response to the growing ESG demands on the group.

Prior to SEGRO Paul was a member of the Boots UK Executive, and the Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) Global Innovation Leadership Team and was responsible for leading the Boots UK and ROI strategy and transformation activity, he also had additional responsibility for the Environmental, Health and Safety, and Store Development teams.

Paul joined Boots in 2012 as Director of Supply. Prior to this role he was the Planning and Logistics Director of the Birds Eye Iglo Group, in addition to being the General Manager of their manufacturing operation in Germany.

Paul has held senior Supply Chain leadership positions across a broad range of industries. His career began in the automotive sector working for the BMW Group. He was the Supply Chain Director for the UK and Ireland at Electrolux, and was previously with the Campbells Soup Company as their Head of Supply Chain.

Paul holds a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Cranfield and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics.
