Claire leads the Industrial and Logistics research at Knight Frank and works alongside the firm’s industrial & logistics capital markets and agency teams to produce market-leading insight, commentary and analysis, including the Future Gazing publication. Prior to focusing on Industrial and logistics research at Knight Frank, Claire focused on research consultancy work, providing clients with bespoke research reports across a range of sectors and geographies, with experience in providing research for a European Logistics IPO, sector agnostic pan-European investment reports and portfolio reviews. Before joining Knight Frank in 2017, Claire was Senior Research Analyst at CBRE, where she worked on international capital markets research, contributing to regular reporting, thought-leadership research on topics including international capital flows, asset allocations and the debt market around Europe.
