Will is the Finance Director at Tritax Symmetry and is responsible for all finance, operations and HR matters as well as reporting across the Tritax Symmetry platform. He joined then DB Symmetry in 2018 and was previously at Forum Partners, Palmer Capital (now Fiera) and Cordea Savills (now Savills IM).

He has over 20 years of experience of finance and treasury at property and REIM businesses. This has included direct and indirect investment and lending, in Europe and Asia, and across all major real estate sectors as well as logistics and industrial development in the UK.

He is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Treasurer (ACT).
