- Tickets are transferable until 48 hours before the start of the event. To request a transfer, please email logistics@emap.com
- In the unlikely event that a physical event cannot take place, all in-person tickets will automatically be converted into online tickets.

Payment options
Online card payment is accepted at any time, for all ticket types.
Up until 4 weeks before the event, invoices can also be issued for bookings with a total value of £500 (ex VAT) or more, and the option to pay upon invoice will automatically be available to you as part of the online booking process. Selecting the invoice option confirms your booking and your transaction is still therefore governed by our booking T&Cs.
The invoice option is not automatically available for bookings with a total value of less than £500 (inc VAT), or if you are booking less than 4 weeks out from the event. In these circumstances, you will be asked to complete your transaction via card payment at the time of booking.
